High School Credit Diploma Program (CDP)

Take classes as credits toward your high school diploma!Do you already have high school credits? Do you prefer a class by class setting more like traditional high school?

This program is designed for adults who want to complete credits to obtain their high school diploma. Students earn academic credit in required subject areas. Credits may be transferred from any accredited high school and upon fulfilling all required courses and elective requirements, students receive a high school diploma. Minimum of 25 credits is required to earn your diploma with at least 2 earned through NRAE. Daytime and evening classes available at the Norwich site. Evening classes available at the Stonington site

 

Includes practical courses to prepare you for the workforce or post-secondary schooling! Our courses include:

  • Transitions - Students develop a comprehensive college and career pathway plan and have opportunities to participate in job shadows and internship activities
  • Connecticut Virtual High School (CT AVHS)
     

Additional credits may be awarded for:

  • Independent study projects
  • Military experience
  • Specialized skills
  • Work experience
